Sequin Fox is here to spoil you. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Any products marked ‘SALE' cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Our distribution center is located in a larg building of multiple showrooms, make sure that you write SHOWROOM 02.00.08 on the return label. We also recommend to return packages with signature to make sure we sign to receive the package. 


1. Please download and print the return form below.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.

2. Complete the form and send it to us along with your return.

If using the original Sequin Fox packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to us. Sequin Fox is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Sequin Fox is not responsible for lost packages or packages that has been delivered to the wrong location during the return process.

  • Keep an eye out for tracking emails. Don't forget to check your spam!
  • We'll let you know when we've received it!
  • After receiving your return, we will send you a credit note via email. You can expect your money within 7 working days on your bank account or credit card.

If your return doesn't meet the requirements mentioned above, we will not accept your return. We will send the items back to you at your own cost ( see shipping info: ).
